State Guides to Utility Energy Efficiency Planning
The State Guides to Utility Energy Efficiency Planning series aims to inform members of essential energy efficiency policy information for each of SEEA’s eleven states across the Southeast. Each document (with slight variations by state) provides an overview of the electric utilities, explains the Public Service Commission structure and proceedings, provides contact information for Commissioners and key staff members, and summarizes important state and utility policies relating to energy efficiency in each state.
