Do I need to be a member of SEEA to attend?
Yes, the Annual Member Meeting is a members-only event. If you’re interested in attending but aren’t yet a member, we’d love to talk—please contact us to learn more about joining SEEA.
How do I become a sponsor?
Choose a sponsorship level that fits your goals and customize how your support is applied across our Ways to Give. All sponsors are recognized on our website and in our annual report, with select event perks available first-come, first-served. View sponsorship opportunities here.
What if I’m new to SEEA—will this meeting be relevant for me?
Absolutely. The Annual Member Meeting is designed to bring together a wide range of professionals from across the energy efficiency and clean energy ecosystem—so whether you’re new to SEEA or new to the field, you’ll find content that’s relevant and accessible.
Sessions will explore a wide range of timely topics shaping the energy efficiency and clean energy landscape, with content designed to be relevant across sectors and experience levels.
You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to connect with other members through our welcome reception and dedicated networking moments throughout the meeting.
Will meals be provided?
Yes! Meals will be provided throughout the meeting. We’re happy to accommodate dietary restrictions whenever possible—if you have specific needs or questions, please reach out to Katie Strickland.
Will there be networking opportunities?
Yes! There will be multiple opportunities to network throughout the event, including the opening reception, networking breakfasts and luncheons, and other dedicated networking moments. You’ll have plenty of chances to meet and connect with fellow members.
What is the cancellation or refund policy?
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event are generally eligible for a full refund, minus a small processing fee.
Cancellations made 21–60 days before the event may qualify for a partial refund or credit toward a future event.
Cancellations made less than 21 days before the event are typically not eligible for a refund or credit due to prior financial commitments.
