The SEEA City Energy Efficiency Alliance Competition which concluded in May 2009 received 16 proposals
coming from local governments across the region. Below are the links to each proposal from the local
governments. The Competition has created a variety of approaches to municipal deployment of energy efficiency.
Each proposal is comprehensive and provides an ongoing solution to full scale energy efficiency deployment.
The winning proposal from Charlottesville and Albemarle County, VA was selected at the conclusion of the competition.
